If you are having issues, there are a few things I can recommend in this situation.
First of all, I would recommend you update your flash player from the site: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . Once that is up to date, it may simply take a page reload or a browser restart to get the page to work correctly. I would also recommend using the Firefox browser over any other: www.getfirefox.com , although I do like Chrome as well: www.google.com/chrome . Beyond that, it could also be a problem with the computer itself, as various anti-virus, anti-spyware software, and browser plugins or toolbars can be a bit overprotective, or a problem with the internet connection, since certain proxy and firewall settings can cause issues. Another thing you can do to help you sleep better is make sure that there is nothing stored under your bed, keep as few electric devices around your bed as possible. Keep your bed room clean and clutter free.
One device that I do allow around is my headset & mp3 player. The one I use and recommend is a noise-canceling headset by Bose. This helps to set you up for a better night of rest. A bit of a Feng Shui tip.
