Need some ideas to help you process your past disappointments, pain or anger?
Try these Tips!
1. Massage is a great way of getting some of the issues out of our tissues. When we are holding on to pain, frustration, drama, sadness, negative emotions, toxins or metals we create havoc in the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
2. Meditations- You may need to do a lot of this to get into a better place with your past. It is well worth it though.
3. Reiki is awesome. Find a practioner in your area, get ready for a powerful treat! By raising your vibration we can connect to our higher self and source of life energy. This is a place to make a turning point in our healing.
4. Cranial Sacral- One of the coolest experiences I have ever had. Love this! Take a nice sea salt bath afterward to help clear out any toxins you let go of during the process.
5. Sweat Lodge- If you are feeling brave, it is very hot but so powerful and transformational! Sweat out the pain and the toxins, you will look ten years younger when you come out. Research and get referrals before you go!
6. Pray- the power of prayer is awesome! Make it a daily habit.
7. Hypnosis- Let your un-conscious mind help your conscious mind with your goals. All hypnosis is self hypnosis. A guide can be very helpful in making suggestions.

Do you have a particular recipe for your sea salt bath?

I just use a cup of sea salts or even epsom salts.
Nothing to fancy out here on the ranch! :~)
For processing issues, I use 4 things: a supplement program to balance my minerals based on my hair sample (that helps me physically big time), I use a near infrared sauna to sweat toxins out a few times a week, coffee enemas (helps the liver remove toxins) several times weekly, and Roy Master’s meditation/mental concentration exercise to release trauma. Did you know Roy’s exercise is what the military uses for soldiers returning from combat? Anger and fear are helped to go away with this exercise. There’s a free version on you tube.
