Set Up Safe Boundaries With Good Psychic Self Care
Today I had another really good Facebook question pop up, Sandra B writes: I feel over whelmed at work in the ICU, it is so depressing seeing all of these people in pain I can feel it too. I know that I am am emphatic, how do I practice psychic self care in such demanding circumstances?
This is a very good questions Sandra. Thank you for sharing this today. Often when we are making a segue between the illusion of separation to the I Am state, we get a lot of bleed through from other people’s ‘Stuff’. Their fears, worries, even physical pain.
Good psychic self care is an on going process. There are several ways you can help your self. Use your imagination to create a strong bubble of light around you and the people in crisis.
Then send the people in pain mind thoughts containing blessings. Sort of like psychic emails going straight into their mind and energy field. My theory is that when you start to offer some help to them, you are not focusing on the chaos.
Always be asking your own guides and Angels to clue you in on where you are holding fear patterns or negative energy. If you were clear, you would be able to see through it and not be as effected by it. When you have your own stuff, then you are more magnetized to it.
Use prayers, blessings and imagery to alleviate the chaos and pain in the hospital. Negative entities thrive off these places. They stir stuff up to, so they have more to enjoy.
Call the Archangel Michael and his legions of Angels to bless the hospital with strong shields of protection. Ask Archangel Michael to back the ugly stuff out of the hospital and allow love to flow through out.
Part Of The Grand Plan Is A Model Of The Illusion Of Separation
This idea is based on a service to self structure. All of these people in pain are still attached to the illusion of separation.
This helps a soul immerse them self in a physical role and pursue knowledge of self, life and connection of others.
Part of our sojourn here is to come full circle. When life starts to feel frustrating and something is not quite right.
It is time to examine why you do what you do and is it working for you like it use to.
Part of your psychic self care is to be on top of things that your system is taking in, but can’t fully digest the idea.
If you don’t do that you run the risk of keeping a thought form that has a negative charge on it. This charge emits a continuous steam of signals out the the Universe so more of the same type of energy keeps coming your way. This is not desirable !!
Full Circle Back To The Knowing Yourself AS The I AM Consciousness
The irony is that just when you feel like you are getting a grip on making your way through life.
You start to get insight that all may not be as you suspected. Knowing good psychic self care will help see you through this time intact.
Some see this as a dark night of the soul. It is very hard to deal with but with proper perspective you can move through it.
To ignore psychic self care can result in your body manifesting illness and disease. I am seeing this happen way too often right now. Even among very good light workers, star seeds and psychics.
One of my friends who is also a Star Seed has a major health crisis. Rejuvenation is possible with excellent/clean eating, drinking and even thinking. The organs will respond if you commit and then follow through.
Flexibility is a good key word for this year. Being willing to make adjustments as we go in your mind set and the way you live your life and run your thoughts.
