Each Week I take a question off my Facebook Page to answer here so everyone can benefit from that question.
Below is a question that was on my wall:
From Carla:
Hi MarVeena, I appreciate you taking the time everyday to give us all tidbits of wisdom……was wondering if you might cover “how to successfully put problems on the back burner for later solutions and peace now”……I bet that’s something a lot of people could use, me especially! lol Carla
From MarVeena:
Good question! I will tap some wisdom from Miss Scarlet O’Hara here and suggest that you acknowledge the problem and are willing to gather data on it but “I will think about it tomorrow”.
This can help you take your attention off this situation and apply it to other things.
It releases the pressure to come up with a solution right now. A lot times people might push for a resolution right away.
But if you are already stressed out and about to blow, it is better to take a breath and step back for a better look. Tell your self I am getting it on my mind but for right now, I need to take a breather on this subject.
By acknowledging this to your inner being you get it off your mind and on the back burner where it can simmer a little while you gather up some options to deal with it.
I think it is a great idea to sleep on a situation over night and ask your angels for some ideas to help you grow your self bigger than the illusion of your situation.
Often while we are sleeping our unconscious mind is communicating with our higher self for some updates on what is the relevant part of this scene.
If there is any part of this problem your soul wants your ego to “get”.
Before you go to sleep at night create the intention to get some ideas from your higher self. Ask your angels to give you some hints about what you need to do.
Sitting down and meditating on the subject is another way to get some relief and peace of mind.
One thing my husband used to say when I was going through Tae Kwon Do competitions is ” Honey, they can’t eat you”! 🙂
That was his way of helping me get perspective. Hey, it is just a competition
One that you have been training for several months. You are up to the challenge.
It helped me a lot!
Which brings up another way of looking at your problem, use humor when you can.
When you can look at the humor in a situation we relax our stance, we are not as rigid in our outlook.
Doing this helps us to look at the whole thing with fresh eyes. That might be all we need to overcome it.
Another benefit of not being so rigid is other options seem more doable when our opinions are not set in stone.
We all seek to be in that peaceful feeling & state of grace.
Be sure to check your state of integrity in this, are you keeping your commitments and contracts?
When we feel out of grace, we may need to check our commitments and contracts, maybe we need to renegotiate some of them. If so be sure to get on with it.
We can’t think about two things at once, so when you start to get your thoughts organized about how you can proceed. You’re not in as much stress.
Your unconscious mind knows you are on it!!!
Here are few ideas that can help you move through these types of challenges: Soul Clearing with Recapitulation, counseling, therapy, hypnotherapy, EFT, Meditation and certain ceremonies like the sweat lodge ceremony.
