A perfect Christmas playlist, so light some candles, burn some incense and allow the music to stir your soul.

There is a down pouring of grace and the Christed energies around the Christmas season.

Playing high vibrational music is one way you can awaken and allow some of these beautiful energies into your golden web. When you play high quality spiritual songs you open portals to the higher dimensions.

The reverse is true when you listen to negative music, or rap. When you listen to the lower level stuff you can open doors to negative astral planes.

All of these songs on my Christmas playlist are high vibration and can help you elevate your own vibrations.

By doing this, you can get some inspiration from the Angelic realm and activate memories that have been stored in your DNA .

This can help you be more of a Sacred Human, rather than a walking two legged.

Psychic Q&A With MarVeena #91 Soul Healing

Often life circumstances throw us off our path and we lose our hope and sight of our own higher self and soul essence.

We might doubt our teachers and the life lessons that have held us together over the years. Soul Healing can help you re-calibrate your personality self so that you can begin to function again. We didn’t come here to just get by and survive, we can here to use all of this contrasting stuff to get us thinking and using our own magical nature.

I have used a technique called Soul Clearing that is guided by the Archangels to help put the pieces back together so you can move on.

In a soul clearing session I go into the Akashic records for clues of what has set you back, then use specific coded prayers through the Angelic realm to push a re-set button!

The Angels really do the work, they use me as the grounded tool that makes it happen in this dimension. Your desire to heal is the pull that puts it all into action.

Soul Healing happens when your higher self steps in to help you make sense of things that your ego self can not.

It is all about perspective. Learning how to look at things from another direction or another persons point of view can make all of the difference.

That old saying ” Walk a mile in another persons shoes” is a useful technique. Cultivating a flexible mindset is helpful too.

Rejuvenating your soul self can happen with ceremony, in guided meditations, or a simple prayer.

It is good to know what works for you ! Or at least be willing to experiment to find some things that will help you out.

One of the most powerful things that helped me accomplish a soul healing was the purification sweat lodge.

It is a very intense ceremony and very helpful when you need to sort things out in your mind.

I suggest you only enter a sweat ceremony with someone you totally trust. Check for references to see what their qualifications are.

Reiki training is a great way to infuse your ego self with your higher self.

I started my Reiki training over 25 years ago and have been teaching it for about 20 years now.

The connection to your higher self is magnified and your awareness of the un-seen spirit world helps you to trust there is more to this life than what you might have thought.

The self treatment taught in Reiki training helps the soul healing on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. In my Reiki classes I teach a powerful long distance Reiki treatment as well as hands on techniques for your self or others.

It has to be experienced to be believed !

There is a saying that God won’t give you more than you can handle. In some ways I think that if your mind set is so limited and small that only a bit of the true beauty of the Reiki will work it’s way to you. So you don’t get your mind blown 🙂

If you set your mind to be allowing, the Soul Healing can happen rather it is brought about by Reiki, ceremony or prayer.

Psychic Q & A with MarVeena #78 Negative Entity Attachment To Objects?

Can negative entity attachment be passed through an object like a necklace? This is one of the questions that came in on Facebook this week. Each I week I take a question off my Facebook page to answer here in this column.

Question for your News letter.
This crystal necklace I broke today was just returned to me a week ago from an ex lover. He knew it was important to me and made sure I got it back.

He claims he is possessed by a negative entity. Could something negative of his got attached to this necklace while in his position? Could my angles teacher and guides inspired the braking if it to protect me? Am I reading to much in to this?

Great question Annie, don’t take it personal at all. The crystal kingdom works so hard with us and take on a lot of our “stuff”. In this case your crystal took on a lot of this X boyfriends pain, disappointment and heart break.

All of his insecurities bottled up, the crystal and mineral world can only take so much before they break. This is their way of releasing the toxins, and what ever negative energy they need to.

I know that I have done some soul clearing for you in the past. I recommend that you use your mp3 audio and listen to the prayer requests again to make sure that you haven’t been effected by his negativity and risk entity attachment.

When you love some one or have a physical relationship with them, you open your self up to what ever negative spirits they might have around. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Do your soul clearing protocol again to safe guard against a possible entity attachment. I think you are strong enough and shielded enough that the risk is low.

Your own master teachers, guides and angels will help you process this. I know it hurts because you have a special connection to this crystal.

I would thank the spirit of the crystal for working with you and being a teacher of sorts. You can place her in a window, in a bowl of sea salt. Let her sit in the window for a full Moon Cycle.

Maybe drift some sage, cedar and sweet grass over her as a blessing and cleansing.

Some times the stones, crystals and minerals need to “go to ground”. The sea salt is made of mini crystals and is very powerful. This is a way for the stones, minerals and crystals to process all the stuff they took on from the X boy friend and let it go. Some times an entity will sort of piggy back through the crystal to another potential host.

They will use and abuse all avenues open to them. That is why I suggest you re-do your soul clearing.

You might have noticed how some of your jewelry disappears for a time, it is going to rest up and release some of the stuff it has picked up.

Entity attachment is very serious and can have extreme consequences for unsuspecting souls. Death being one of them.

Yes, your Angels and Guides could break this necklace if they felt it was harmful to you, but I think the crystal broke her self. Try not to think of it as a terrible thing.

It was her way of letting it all out. Some times we have to fall apart, let our self cry it out, before we can re-build our self anew.

Think of the Mythical Phoenix, the beautiful bird that was able to re-build it self out of her ashes better than ever.

Psychic Q & A With MarVeena Episode #71 Psychic Protection In Public

Last week a question popped up on Facebook about “Psychic Protection”? Why would I need that?

Some of us are very sensitive souls and take on more than we need to.

There is a fine line of being vulnerable, and real in our lives and crossing that line and opening up too much.

I have to tell you though that most of time you will experience psychic attacks from friends and family, rather than out in public.

They might not know they are aiming a big psychic attack at you but that is what it will amount to if they are directing intense emotional energy and thoughts your way.

I suggest using a daily routine of psychic protection. I use strong visual images of white light surrounding my body.

Then I will ask my personal Angels to remove any spirits or energy that have no business in my space.

It is a good idea to send ahead of you, to work or wherever you are going, a lot of light and positive high vibrations.

Practice being objective and live and let live. This helps to make you less of a target.

There is a fine line with limiting your vulnerability. We are able to connect and gain a lot of insight when we allow our self to be open and vulnerable. Sometimes we might have to pay a heavy price for that possibility after we are attacked.

I have to walk a tight line with this when I practice my mediumship readings. In order to “read” some one psychically I open myself up so I can receive data, impressions & messages.

Every once in awhile this openness backfires and I am attacked. It seems to me always by someone you least expect. Since I do my best to look for the good in people, quite often I will read them from the soul’s higher potential. Then their ego pops out and does it’s nasty thing and I get stung. Ouch! $H!^ happens 🙂 🙂 🙂

It is the same with you all too. For you to connect and share ideas, life and learn from each other you have to open up. If you create the intention daily to be surrounded by light and love, and to learn from all of your connections. You can feel good that if you do get a little sting, that spirit is allowing it for a long term lesson. There is some sort of plan in place, this might be a springboard to get you to be more specific with your intending. Which are ideas I go over in my 21 Day Psychic Boot Camp.

Or maybe to get you to think about some sort of lesson long enough that you “Get It” !

Especially if you are seeing the same sort of scenario over and over again, you are missing a lesson. Do a meditation and ask your Angels to run some ideas through your mind about what you need to learn.

The keys to protecting yourself in public are to intend and visualize protection around you ahead of time. Then send light to the place you are going.

FYI, shopping malls are often hotbeds of psychic attacks. I don’t know why entities seem to lite on these places but they do. Right now anything political seems to be a place they hang at. Hospitals are hot spots too.

Marveena– I did a soul clearing with you on 07-05-2012. At the time I just felt a sense of peace. I didn’t feel different and nothing changed for me. Last night that changed and I feel compelled to tell you what happened. You had told me I may have some bad dreams and to just ask for extra protection. I had a dream that you and I were in a kitchen talking and you asked me had I let it go and I told you I couldn’t talk about it with you. Psychic Q &A with MarVeena Episode #69 Forgiveness

Forgiveness isn’t easy, but learning to forgive the Un-forgivable can be a blessing for you in the big picture!

Some really powerful life forgiveness lessons are rolling over us, whether we’re ready or not!

This is a great time to cultivate flexibility and patience 🙂 Because forgiveness is way easier to say than do.

I realize from what my Angels are telling me that the Universe is making things happen to really ramp up our souls progress here on this earth plane.

Lesson after lesson is being piled on us. Sometimes it flat takes your breath away how intense they can be too.

Heck , we had a small tornado take a roof off one of our barns last week. Thank goodness we had moved the herd the night before.

Other big life lessons are coming faster than ever.

People that you thought were real friends betray you in painful, unspeakable ways. Yet we know as spiritual beings that we have to offer forgiveness to them or we just drag our own self down the tubes.

An Affirmation To Get Through The Tough Times

It helps me get through the hard gut wrenching life lessons to tell my self one thing. A little reminder that helps me shift my focus from “what the heck” to “I can do this”. This is a very special and useful affirmation I use often to keep my vibration high.

I tell myself that I can grow myself bigger than the illusion of this problem.

It helps me keep my vibration high and on purpose with the days challenges. Figuring out how I can be a part of the solution, rather than compound the problem. When you are focused on solving the problem and creating, you take your mind off the negative aspects.

When we can keep our vibration high, the sky is the limit on what we can experience and create. When get into a pity party, our life can tank faster than a speeding bullet 🙂

I know that if you are like me, making changes and adjustments sometimes is easier said than done.

A Clairvoyant’s Perspective

For the most part a lot of you have your war wounds and you wear them like a badge of honor.

What is looks like to a clairvoyant is dark heavy oozy stuff surrounding your luminous cocoon.

Key idea here is it should be colorful, light and pretty. When a person is balanced and not holding on to war wounds their golden web is a work of art that never fails to amaze and delight me. These people have done their forgiveness work. We call it “working our personal pieces”.

To clear off all the old programs you have to use some processes that can clear them, and then rejuvenate them with healing meditations. Then activate the chakra’s, and the organs in the brain that deal with your intuition, your creativity, your health and well being and the biggest thing of all and that is your connection to the God-Head.

This forgiveness clearing work is done with the Angels, and the Archangels.
That is who I work with to do the forgiveness clearing and rejuvenation work. I talk about these things quite a bit in my self mastery boot camp. You can get a lot more detail in those programs.

But if you truly want a gain, want a happier life, or healthier life, you have to do some things a little different everyday.

Adopt a more strategic mindset and keep refining that mindset until you are living a life you do feel good about.

That is magic in the making!
