It Is Good To Understand Our Own Changing Seasons
As we see the changing of seasons in the world around us, we can understand how our own change is like the seasons we experience each and every year of our lives. Regardless of the change we see in the world around us, we can begin to understand how we can acknowledge those changes in us as well. The changes we see in the world around us are as good and as purposeful as our own evolving changing selves.
We can come to a state of grace, a position in life with which we are in union with creation regardless of the turmoil we see around us. We can become one with our seasons, our states within, attaining an overlooking position above changing states of existence we witness.
It is through the workings of our own changing seasons where which we can rise above and reap the rewards that are our birthright through God/Goddess, through the light of the Holy Ghost that is available to all of us at any time. It is the works we do in each season that we recognize our ability to accomplish in each moment each stage that are seasons, a step by step guide in visual form gifted by nature itself.
There Exists 365 Days Every Year That Show Us, Much Like A Book, The Process Of Inner Work
We begin in spring, bringing forth from ourselves new ideas, dreams, and desires. We plant seeds within ourselves and others. It is from these initial plans, these templates of ideas, that we put out intentions for ourselves and prayers for others. We literally begin the birth of that which we dream of, desire, and strive for in ourselves and others.
During the summer, with the sun giving nourishment to the earth, we use our own illuminating nature to do the work that is required. It is through this work, this intention of creation in motion, that we water our seeds of life we have planted. We till the soil, we hydrate our inner being, and we put forth energy into our asking’s.
Come fall, we begin to see the output that is our effort. We harvest the production from our workings, from our efforts. This is the realization of our dreams, the experiencing of our desires. Arriving at the destinations we have planned for ourselves, we can see the formula for our own success. It is the receiving of what we have asked for, planned, and dreamed of.
With the arrival of winter, we can settle into a time of introspection. It is our period of reflection, as the world has paused for a moment, allowing our inner selves to rest in contemplation. We can begin to appreciate what has remained and what has been attained. We can settle into ourselves and have gratitude for the persistence of our foundation make up that stands the test of time, allowing us to appreciate that which sustains us during the long haul.
Our Own Internal Seasons
Each of our own internal seasons, much like the seasons of nature we witness each year, can occur at any time, and last for any duration of time. Recognizing where we stand in our own growth cycle can assist us in facilitating our own movement through each of the seasons of our being. Birth, growth, harvest, and introspection are states of being, just like spring, summer, fall, and winter. Just like nature in the physical world around us, our own nature needs our attention.
Understanding what season we are in internally can assist us in moving ourselves forward for our own good. Becoming attuned to these cycles of life can allow us to facilitate our own manifestation of our desires. Knowing where we stand can assist us in bringing about the changes in our lives needed to move into our next season of being.
Be it a life long struggle, a project in mind, or the challenges of relationships, Grandmother Earth gives us every year of our lives a template to guide us. By following these visual teachings of nature, we too can find direction and understanding of our own nature and the ways in on which we can facilitate change in our own lives. Just as assuredly as fall moves into our lives today, we too can move ourselves forward into a new season within.
Jaenene, I also think it is a good idea to get outside every day for a walk, take your sun glasses off at least 5 minutes so the eyes can get some natural light. It really helps.
Bright Blessings

HI, I have always dealt with some sort of depression, seems to be genetic, my father and grandmother suffer with it as well, it has effected my health for the past 10 years, It had been getting worse, my dad and i have the same problems almost mirrored. Looking for reason, help, cant keep living like this. JEN
Hi Jennifer, Thank you for posting on this. I would call this a generational miasms. You may have heard the term “Sins of the father” before. Well the family lineage can carry karma through both the male and female linage. It usually takes special soul clearing to break the miasms. If left untreated, it can effect your ability to move forward in your future pathway. Call your Highest Guardian Angel to help you understand what you need to do to clear this. Either your self, or with a soul clearing practitioner.
