A Spirit Portal Can Take You To Height·end Awareness

Each week I answer questions from my Facebook friends. A natural spirit portal is the topic today. This week Greg Z writes: I am getting amazing some downloads of ideas and was wondering if it is the timing with the Equinox or just me on personal path? A whole mosaic of insight has come together. I appreciate you and what you have been sharing. 🙂

Hi Greg, thank you for this question, it is very timely for me ! I am happy to see that you are on a path to realize your true soul potential. There is an amazing spirit portal at this time of year. All of the Solstice & Equinox times are power moments!!

This can be an exciting time for people like you. It can be a trying time for people who are resisting following their soul blueprint.

The Spring Equinox offers a spirit portal into a higher level of awareness for those who are open to more.

Every Equinox and Solstice offers all of us incarnated in the physical opportunity to awaken a little bit more to who we really are. For those of you who are active seekers, you get more “downloads” than others.

Mindset Is Key To Getting The Most Out Of A Spirit Portal

When you create flexibility in your mindset and are one who allows, ideas and information downloads can just pop into your mind.

I suggest every day you create the intention to be in the sweet spot of your true soul path. This intention helps the Angels to better position you in the flow.

You will then have more access to the Angelic Spirits around you for inspiration, encouragement and ideas.

All the sudden you meet people you have things in common with and life starts to take shape in a harmonious way.

You feel back into a state of grace. A spirit portal can also help you climb to new levels in your meditations. When you reach what some call a Zero Point or Samādhi Zone, it feels like you are at one with all things. A true point of bliss.

Plan Ahead To Take Full Advantage Of The Spring Equinox

It is a great idea to plan some ceremony or meditation on the Spring Equinox. One of my favorites is the sweat lodge ceremony. It is a true re-birthing ceremony and a great way to let go of un-healthy attachments that hold you in a bad pattern.

A labyrinth walk is another way of celebrating the season and turning of the wheel. This is a wonderful way to process your journey, where you are now and to get a feeling for where you need to be.

One simple but great way to celebrate the spirit portal is to plan a meditation. Either a group of friends or all by your self. Light some candles, burn some nice incense and honor the journey with in. This can be really powerful !

It is up to us to make things special in life and catch hold of these powerful moments. Be-ing present in the moment is a true gift and allows you to transcend your ego/separate self to merge with your soul/higher self.

#115 Suicide prevention protocol

I started a suicide prevention protocol to help some of my clients with loved ones in a vulnerable state of mind.

Since one of my best friends committed suicide 4 years ago, this has been a particular sad subject.

Each week I take questions from my Facebook page to answer here in this column.

Since today marks the 4 year anniversary of my friends transition, I wanted to answer some questions related to this topic. One of my Facebook friends wrote: My brother committed suicide, I am afraid he is in hell. please help, Nancy P

Hi Nancy, thank for this question. It can help a lot of people. For one thing, I don’t believe in hell as a place. It is a state of mind. We can put our self in it and we can take our self out of it.

Although, suicide can be very damaging for a soul. The soul can suffer huge amounts of fragmentation through a suicidal episode.

I feel like it is definitely something that the Angels on the other side will help your brother to pull the pieces back together.

It will take a lot of work for his soul to process everything that has occurred to him. Not to mention the magnitude of the pain and suffering that he caused people that have been left behind.

Through karmic law, in order for him to heal and over come this dark turn of events. Your brother will have to feel the extent of pain and that suffering he caused his loved ones to feel.

What You Can Do To Help A Suicide Soul

The number one thing is to forgive them. I know it is way easier said than done.

Another thing is to pray for their soul to be surrounded by light and love.

In your mind, talk to their soul. Ask them to forgive them self. Ask that they forgive you if they feel you were not there for them.

Pray they can let go of their resentment and anger or sadness.

Ask your Highest Angel to call their Highest Angel to provide counseling and love to them. Sometimes the suicide soul turns their back on their own Angelic crew.

Every one effected by this suicide needs to forgive them before the suicide soul can return to light and grace.

Those are things that you can do for them that eventually will help them to get back into a state of grace, which is a wonderful place to be.

In the soul clearing work that I do we have what we call a Suicide prevention protocol to follow when we are clearing for some one who is in a fragile state of mind.

One of the first things I look for are what we call “perspective lens” and “dark entities”. I also check for holes in their luminous cocoon, and cords that are allowing negative spirits to control them.

Once these things are cleared, and safety shields set into place. The person feels more like them self, less vulnerable to outside influences. It is a pretty aggressive protocol that starts with soul clearing. I ask that 3 family members hold a space around the fragile person until they are stronger.

Psychic Q&A With MarVeena #94 Birthday Blessings

Our Birth Month offers all of us more than usual opportunities!

In the Angelic Mysteries it is said that the Angels sing Birthday Blessings over you as you sleep during your birth month.

This singing is a special blessing and a way for your un-conscious mind to activate and remember your souls dream.

We all came here with a soul plan and sacred dream. All for the higher purpose of helping us to evolve.

Each year around our birth month our Angels are filling our ears with inspiration, encouragement, and ideas.

If you are sensitive at all you can feel this intense vibration of love all around you! I usually feel like I am walking two feet off the ground 🙂

They are singing these amazing birthday blessings full of love and ideas we can actualize here.

We are the ones that have to take action on the physical level to make them happen.

It seems there is always an element of fear involved in moving forward towards these ideas.

Like a fear of going into debt to make improvements on your home or business.

A fear of changing your job, even though you don’t like it.

Fear of failing, or just all the unknowns involved.

The fears can be substantial !! If it was plain easy it wouldn’t be worthy of the challenge.

I like to make my Birthday month a special time to dig deep on what I am doing that feels special and worth my while.

It is a great time to edit out the activities that are not meaningful to you, so you can take full advantage of these birthday blessings !

Actualizing your dreams is easier when you create time and space in your life for this purpose.

When you pare down your calendar, it opens up dates and Possibilities 🙂

I use my phone to send me messages and reminders to stay on track and on purpose with the big picture.

You might need to set up reminders in different parts of your house and office to trigger your memory. I place sticky notes on the bath room mirrors and use symbolic art as visual reminders too.

Affirmations are a great tool to encourage your sub-conscious mind!

Below is a wonderful Birthday Blessing you can use as a affirmation:

Holy Spirit and Holy Angels, thank you for inspiring me this day with imagination, energy and enthusiasm for my souls sacred dream.

Thank you for amazing Birthday Blessings!

I am grateful for your ideas to help me continue to move forward and activate my consciousness to higher degrees of awareness. Today and always, So Be It, So It Is and So It Shall Continue To Be.

This is a simple affirmation but is says a lot ! It is a way of giving permission for your angels to work closer with you on a regular basis.

You can also do a simple affirmation before you go to bed like, Thank you Angels for your love and encouragement!

I add in one to Archangel Michael, “Thank you Archangel Michael for protecting my sacred dream and helping me have the courage to activate my soul blueprint”.

A proper mindset allows you too embrace birthday blessings and others too! Think open mind and open heart for best results.

As you open your mind up to the Angelic realm, you are also opening a doorway for them to be more of a tangible presence in your life as a guide and helper.

This brings more day to day blessings and high vibrational energy your way.
