Remote healing is something that we can all learn to do and is actually quite natural.
Sort of like when you buy a new phone and it comes with “apps” we all come with applications. Remote healing is one of these apps. Some apps need to be downloaded from the great app store in the sky! Some of them merely uploaded from our own Akashic Library.
Each week I take questions from my Facebook wall to answer here in this column. This week Rachel J writes: I am so worried about my mom. She is in a nursing home in another state and has dementia. What can I do from a distance to help her? I would be grateful for any ideas.
Each one of us made this journey into a physical body for the purpose of expanding our consciousness and pushing the “limits” of the physical.
If you watched the Olympics this year you know what I mean by pushing the limits. We can all do more with what we have if we can loosen up our mind on what life has to look like or should look like.
Your desire to be a blessing to your mom is the key to be able to actually help her back into balance from a distance.
We can all communicate from mind to mind, just by thinking of someone.
In order to send them energy, healing or even thoughts.
All we have to do is hold those ideas, thoughts in our mind.
Imagine your mom feeling blessed with a smooth bubble of love. Send thoughts into her mind to remind her of her connection to the Holy Spirit and our Source of life energy.
Imagine her activating her own original blueprint for a vibrant soul journey.
I like to use Reiki for remote healing or long distance healing. This system has some excellent visualization methods and the symbols are very helpful too.
While the Reiki method gives me an edge, it is not the only way to send remote healing. Each and every one of us here is a mulit-dimensional human being.
This means we are totally capable of functioning on higher levels and beyond the 3 dimension when we apply our self to the idea.
When people have no other option to help their loved ones, then they are willing to search outside the box. That is where they find out that there is more, for those willing to apply them self.
The first step is by letting go of your attachment to what other people might think 🙂
You also might have to let go of attachments to limiting belief systems, or religious teachings.
My sign post is this, as long as a thought process or belief system serves me, I use it. When it no longer fits or resonates to me. That is the time to bless it and let it go.
I do realize the magnitude of giving up something you have invested your life in believing. It is a part of us breaking our own “glass ceiling” of what is possible. It will happen time and time again.
Just when you think you have something figured out, something else will come along and dispel all of your perfectly laid out ideas.
When this happens, sometimes it causes a dark night of the soul or ego as the case may be.
This is a great time to have some serious quite time to visit with your own most Holy Guardian Angel.
Bright Blessings
