Each week I take a few questions off my Facebook page to talk about here on my blog. This week Tina H wanted to know about my Dallas All Hallow’s Eve events and if I was hosting any Tele-Seances this year. As a matter of fact I am doing one on Oct 29th, 7 pm CST. This is probably the last seance I will do this year in Dallas and depending on the weather out at the ranch too.

This is a powerful way to celebrate your loved ones in spirit and the season.

The wheel of the seasons are turning rapidly towards the High Holy Days. Even for those who don’t follow a spiritual path, you feel the changes of the tides and moon cycles.

Back in the day, our ancestors had certain rituals they did this time of year. They were very superstitious and wanted to make sure they didn’t have un-easy relatives on the other side.

The old timers knew the veil between the worlds was naturally thin this time of year.

Quite often the town would set up bon-fires to scare away any wandering spirits in the community. Folks would dress up like goblins and “haints” so the real spirits would be fooled and stay away from their town.

Often they celebrated the “feast of the dead” where they would fix a plate at the table for special loved ones that had died that past year. They did this as a show of respect, but also to appease them so these departed spirits wouldn’t be offended and return to make their life miserable.

Another big thing with our ancestors was to consult with the village wise woman. Mediumship was practiced in a lot of communities. Back then they didnt have TV and other ways to entertain themselves so spirit seances were popular.

The medium or wise woman might pull the Tarot cards, read tea leaves or give messages from spirits. The same old things were on their minds, were there relatives at peace on the other side, would they get married and how would they prosper in the coming year.

The Incredible Benefits Of A Daily Spiritual Practice

Did you know some attachments can hold you in un-healthy, life-threatening patterns?

As I’m writing this, I have a particular friend in mind. She is in NYC, and used to live a real go-go-go kind of life. She flew me up there for readings one time and I got a sneak peak her fast paced NYC lifestyle.

It was very glamorous, she has a beautiful apartment with a breath taking view. Her clothes were all in season, in style and very chic. There was a doorman to building who actually walked her dog some times 🙂 She went from one cool city event to another.

Then she found out she had cancer! BAM!!! Talk about a kick in the face.

I suggested what I always do: Meditation to start with, and in this case a full immersion strategy!

Since she thought she was dying, and doing the whole chemo route went against her instincts, she thought she might as well do what I suggested!

She went on a leave of absence with her job, because she knew that it was adding to her stress.

All of her former life fell by the way. Instead of running from meeting to meeting, rushing all the time to eat, get her self ready for the work world and have a social life.

She let it all go.

All of her energy went into her meditation. I think she really felt she was doomed to die young, but she really put the effort into a spiritual practice that focused on special meditations. It started to pay off immediately. She begin to fell at peace at the prospect of dying.

She no longer felt she needed to fight to stay alive.

Since she wasn’t working, and she thought she was dying, she sold her apartment and got a super cheap place outside of the city.

The pace of life wasn’t running at break neck speed. People looked her in the eye on the streets and acknowledged her.

She quit worrying and stressing about preparing a fat retirement plan.

She begin to eat more simple foods and to really savor what she did eat. Simple things in life have new meaning when you think you have limited time to enjoy them.

Every morning she watched the sun rise and let her self soak up the vibrant rays with gratitude. Yoga helped her to be more mindful, as well as helped activate and energize her weakened chakras. Now they began to respond, and as they were re-balanced through the yoga/meditation/sun charging, they began to bring life support to her internal organs.

Meditation turned out to be her salvation!

By dedicating her self to a daily immersion into a spiritual program she found a sense of peace and much better balance and health. After a year she was found to be cancer free. She wasn’t surprised but her doctors were! She just felt different, wholeness feels a certain way.

I gave her a few meditations out of my self mastery program because they are simple, yet very effective. Below is a link to one that my Angels helped me record, it uses the imagination to work with healing crystals. The crystals helped her to stay grounded and really connected with the earth.

Psychic Q & A with MarVeena Episode #11

Welcome to this week’s Psychic Q & A!!

I take my questions from my friends on my Psychic Medium MarVeena Facebook page.

How can I release attachments?

My answer:
It depends on if you are talking about attachments to ways of living or thinking or evil entities.

In all circumstances it starts with “Intention”.

By setting your mind to the idea that I am releasing my attachment to this negative way of thinking.

You can begin to pull in help from your guides, teachers and angels to support you in that cause and offer other ways of thinking that are a higher vibration of the subject.

You might need to use some support ideas like NLP, affirmations, symbols and other inspiration to help you realize when you are falling back into an old pattern.

Once you can start to see your self, then you can catch your self and do some sort of positive intervention. For instance when you get ready to order a latte, no MarVeena let’s get a nice cup of green tea instead.

Now if you have evil attachments, you start with a strong intention to banish out of your personal space all negative entities, that they be escorted to their correct place.

Begin to create a personal space in your auric field of high vibration. Do that with your home and office too. You can use meditation, incense and music to help turn the tide.

You might need help removing entities but do as much as you can by your self.

After you do that, you need to go back in your psyche and figure out what sort of patterns you are attached too that have lowered your vibrations and set up the circumstances for you to be attacked.

If we have evil attachments, there are some thoughts and ways of being that hold lower vibrations. That is when ugly spirits can find a place to stick to you. You need to do your clearing work so other entities don’t latch onto you.

It might be a huge fear of growing older, a fear of your husband running off with another woman or dying.

Fear vibrates to fear and creates the perfect set of circumstances that can open a doorway to negative energies.

That is when you start to work your personal pieces. Do your recapitulation meditations to re-member what sort of thoughts and emotions you run on a day to day basis.

When we know some thing about our self, we can take some steps to break that habit. Knowledge is power after all!

Once we identify lower ways of thinking and behaving, then we can replace the old way of thinking and doing with news and higher vibrational ways of thinking and do that are more in harmony with our souls dream!
