The first peace of business is to be clear and feel good about your job.
That is a "right livelihood".
If you feel you are making a contribution to the world or your own community your office will feel that.
On the other hand if you feel what you do does not make any difference, your space will feel blah and maybe hopeless.
Not a good template for abundance at all.
So do some soul searching and see if you feel good about what you are doing in this world.
Figure out how what you are doing is impacting other people in a good way.
If you are not following your souls dream, you will feel dis-enchanted with your job.
If that is the case, then start to get it on your mind how you can make a transition from where you are now to where you would like to be.
A vibrant office template can help you do that.
If you have a home office, take it seriously. Get is set up and organized.
You will be more productive in that space.
Here are a few things to think about adding to really set the tone for abundance!
Have some healthy vibrant plants in the room. There is a plant called a money plant that has large leaves that resemble Chinese coins. These are very auspicious. You can place these in a few places with good results. Around your wealth or career area would be a good choice.
A nice water fountain on your desk or in the office can bring in opportunities.
There are several styles to figure out where to place an object. One powerful place for a water feature is to the left of your door as you come inside your office. This is your career area.
Or a big fish bowl with 8 orange gold fish and 1 black fish. All the same size. Place your aquarium in the wealth area. This is the upper left side of the room as you walk in the door.
If a bathroom opens into your office, you need to go into Feng Shui over drive. This symbolically represents money going down the drain. Losing opportunities and your fortune.
If it is in your house, always put the lid down on the toilet and keep the bathroom door closed.
You can place a mirror on the out side of the door to sort of hide the room. You can also place a mirror or shiny object on your door to deflect the bad energy of the bath room.
If you have a pet project, like a book you want to publish.
Place a blooming plant in the children's area on the right side of the entrance and up a little ways.
Keep the area really clean and dust free!
A happy pet can bring some life and action to the space. Not too many though.
Refresh your office template with a few of these ideas and see what a nice difference it can make!

MarVeena, thank you for another great article and your brialliant ideas! I agree with you that "Your office template should symbolically support your goals for your career." I'm a Virtual Assistant and I work from my virtual office and indeed in my room I have a plant called a money plant 🙂

A big mountain placed behind your chair symbolizes great earth support. Make sure no water is in the mountain picture as it indicates missed opportunities. Ayer's Rock is my favorite.
