When Unreasonable Thoughts Take Control
Overcoming Anxiety takes a little education, strategy and planning. There are a lot of things in day to day life that trigger panic attacks and seemingly irrational fears. Jessica L. writes in on Facebook ” At night I start to get horrible feelings that I am going to die or my babies will die. I don’t want to go to sleep, for fear of not waking up. What is wrong with me?”
Thank you for sharing this question Jessica ! I don’t think any thing is wrong with you. Just some of your past lives kicking up a fuss by current life situations. Being a young mom, having babies that depend on you to care for them is your trigger in this case. The human species survives because we are hard wired to worry about our babies living.
The hormones are super charged for quite awhile after child birth so mom can do what is necessary to care for her young. Quite often this surge of energy can be a little much to handle and uncomfortable. We might interpret it as anxiety.
Everyone’s DNA Carry’s Triggers
Often past lives hold memories and events that a ego personality couldn’t process in that physical body. Our higher selves want us to walk in self mastery and not have unfinished business.
So if something happened that was not resolved in a good way, we have to revisit it until we can look it square in the eye and be done with it.
I feel in a past life you did lose a baby while it was quite young and the grief stuck with you. You were not able to reconcile it in that life time and carried it on in your DNA. This does not mean you are meant to lose a child in this life time at all.
As long as we have some little bits of uncomfortable things from the past, they can appear as issues in this life time.
Our DNA Carry’s Codes & Keys Too !
The birth of your baby served as a trigger. Overcoming anxiety in your case means healing the past life, and pain associated with losing your baby and all that went with it. There are many ways of dealing with this. Our own DNA carry’s healing codes and keys too.

Visualization is another tool to get your frame of mind re-directed so your not caught up in a old pain tape.
