There's a whole lot magic, mystery, possibilities and potential here in this card.
But when this card is upside down then that's the Universe's way of telling you that you don't have access to all the magicalness of your own internal nature.
The Magician is the brilliant communicator. It is the communicator that knows how to effectively use all of the ten tools of communication.
If this card is reversed it means you are not effectively using the ten tools of the master communicator.
You want to go research what the ten tools are, you can do that by looking at my other video that shows the Magician in its upright position.
Explore ways of using your communication tools more effectively.
Then you can use your creativity to increase your finances, using it from your own internal genius nature, coming from a place of spirit, being authentic, articulating yourself very well.
This would be a more inspired position. You could use the written word more effectively.
By staying true to your self and sharing your feelings and being more flexible.
You want to do some meditations and see why it is that you am not doing all these things above.
It could also be a time when you have bitten off more that you could chew.
You're not feeling very confident about what you have taken up with or it could be that you are over confident but you don't have a good reason to be over confident so you don't have the necessary skills and tools behind you and experience behind you, right now, that you are biting off more than you can chew.
Traditionally, if this card is pulled upside down it indicates that there might possibly be some mental illness or a head injury.
I'm thinking it is a time when you are not able to access your own magical nature.
In order to access that part of yourself you really want to take some time every day to meditate, to sit with spirit, and to ask your own internal guidance system to start streaming some ideas to you about how you can activate your true magical nature in this lifetime.
We all have a magical nature. I think it's our birth right to really step into our multi-dimensional self and our own unique self and bring own unique viewpoint and shining and beauty and creativity to the world.
While this card is upside down you can't do that.
You might want to do some processes, think of some ways that you can turn this situation around and it can be done but it's just a matter of taking care of business, do what needs to be done so that you have access to the energy in its upright position.
You can look at the other 1 cards in the Tarot deck like the Aces and the Tens. The Ace's and Ten's cards can also be useful to giving you ideas about what you can do to turn this situation around.
I hope you enjoyed this mini Tarot lesson. If you did please share it with your friends!

This makes so much sense, MarVeena. I agree that we have within us so many of the skills and gifts, what you call our internal nature, including that of powerful and effective communication. It's more a matter of releasing it than learning something new. And when "our wires get crossed," it's logical that the master communicator Magician's card would appear upside down. Thanks for the clear explanation!
