Ozark Mountain Paranormal Tour

I am off on a Ozark’s Paranormal Road Trip to promote my new show.

Feeling a little like Willie Nelson on the road again! After a whirl wind tour through 4 states to promote my little show this past week. My goodness, it was fun and the country side was amazing !!!

We had 2 amazing spirit seances in Bella Vista, Arkansas. There is so much crystal energy in the Arkansas Mountain range. The spirits were coming in left and right. We had a little light show of phenomena too. That is always fun for new people to the spirit world to see. I never get tired of it either 🙂

There are some areas of the US that are just more conducive to getting spirit messages. The Ozark Mountain range has so much energy being generated by all the crystal under neath the surface. It makes it easy to channel messages and FUN! We had two “packed to the gills” Seances, Friday and Saturday night.

There was a lot of emotional healing and closure for several people.

Joplin Mo Has Lights Like No Other!

After my Arkansas tour I drove up to Missouri to see the spooky Joplin lights. This is another natural and yet weird thing that happens way out in the country. Where for no reason that can be easily explained, there are lights that seem to float from no where.

Kids, of all ages have been stalking these lights. What made me jump, wasn’t the lights but the Bats!! Holy cow, they came out of no where.

As for my explanation on the lights, there are many mysteries on planet earth. I think there are underground rivers creating energy that intersect here and there on the earths grid. When they bump up against something different, phenomena happen. Like spirit lights, apparitions or weird sounds.

Oklahoma Has Some Spooky Stuff Too!

After my Missouri adventure, I dropped down into Oklahoma. The tornado alley of the US. There has to be something that lures those wild wind spirits to the ground time and time again.

Here I visited a “haunted” cemetery near Pryor, Ok.

IMHO, cemeteries by nature offer icky energy. The Feng Shui people of the world explain it as Yin energy, which is not desirable.

Any place a lot of people are buried can feel haunted at times.

There is so much sadness and unknown qualities about life after death. There can be residue negative fear energy that lingers. When the living walk into the grounds, they might bump up against some of the left over pain, sadness and fear. This particular burial ground would be a great place to do a future show !!

#128 Earth Bound Spirits

Earth Bound Spirits Might Manifest As A Ghost

Earth bound spirits happen as the result of a person dying that wasn’t ready to go.

For many reasons, a soul might feel incomplete with their time in a physical body and doesn’t want to “give up the ghost”.

Each week I take questions from my friends on Facebook to answer here in this column. This week Kalee W. asks why she sees images of people in her bedroom and no one else in the family sees them?

Good question Kalee, you are the clairvoyant one in your family. Your psychic gifts have remained open past childhood. This use to be rare but more and more Star seed children are staying open to the other worlds.

So when there is an earth bound soul in your general space, you become aware of it. Most of the time they don’t mean to scare you. They are for one reason or another are not at peace and resist going on to the next phase of their soul journey.

If you want to help them, call on your highest guardian Angel to step forward along with the earth bound spirits soul, own highest guardian Angel. Relay in your mind the idea for them to help this earth bound soul to go on to the spirit world.

Your House Is Haunted!

There are a lot of ghosts that hang out in your house and close to your room.

It seems a bit of a portal in your room that is easy for them to navigate through. Sort of like a phantom highway.

No wonder you can’t sleep well. It wouldn’t be any easier if you were sleeping right next to a major interstate.

I suggest you ask your Angels to see about closing that portal between the worlds. They might be able to do it for you right then. If it is too deeply entrenched you might need a professional to clear this space and close the portal. One way or another it needs to be done.

This is one of the things I do when I preform a soul clearing or house clearing.

Antique Furniture Can Carry Earth Bound Spirits!

There is quite a bit of antique furniture in your home that brought some of them in ! When you purchase antiques, always sage or smudge it out side to clear it of any attached spirits.

You can say a blessings and banishing to make this happen. For instance ” Holy Spirit, Divine Archangels please bless this furniture and clear any earth bound spirits from it. May it feel cherished and appreciated in my home. Please take these earth bound spirits back to the right astral plane for their own soul journey. Amen”

If you have some sage and cedar, you can burn it and create a smoke to waif over and around the furniture.

I always prepare my smudge mix in a fire proof container that has a lid. You might need a pot holder to carry it in. It can get really hot.

My favorite mix has lavender, white sage, cedar and sweet grass in equal amounts. You order these items on line at The Sweet medicine Shoppe or find them at Whole Foods in the area near the supplements. I have a video on You Tube that shows how to make it.

Say A Blessing For These Lost Souls!

You don’t have to know any bogie woogie special chant, just let your heart lead you to the right words. If they don’t go on, you might need to investigate a little more on their predicament. They might be carrying fear about life after death and are afraid they didn’t live good enough to go to heaven.

If you can’t get them to go on, call a professional to help you. I do all of my house clearings by remote. I review the home psychically to get a reading on who and what is attached.

Then I clear them going through the Angelic realm in a special ceremony. There is usually more than one way to get this done.

Intention, the Archangels and prayer can be very helpful 🙂

Psychic Q & A with MarVeena Episode #57 Astral Projection

Trudy W writes: Sometimes I have these amazing dreams where I am flying around. When I wake up I feel this horrible feeling of falling. What is happening?

From MarVeena:
You are experiencing astral projection! Don’t be scared it is perfectly natural and we all do it whether we remember it or not.

IMHO 🙂 I think it is part of our souls built in “sanity” protocol. When our soul decides to come in, it knows the physical body can feel very limiting. Sooner or later we are going to need a break and some encouragement.

So we have agreements with our guides to meet them in out of body experiences to sort of remind us of our purpose and entertain us a little

We also can meet loved ones on the other side, both known and unknown to us from this perspective.

This way we can carry on relationships at a soul level. Sometimes our soul feels that connection, and that can be a huge blessing.

We also astral travel for the fun of it!!

There are some of us who can astral travel at will. I have had some amazing experiences traveling out of body.

When you get the feeling of falling, you are actually traveling back into your physical body.

If your body is disturbed while you are traveling about on the astral realm , you may pop back home to quickly.

You might see some things on the astral realm that scared you and decided to make a bee line back too

In my training, I learned how to avoid the lower negative astral realms.

Did you know that some other countries have had full fledged programs to develop psychic spys? And the possibility of psychic warfare. Scary but true! I think this was more in the cold war days.

They use astral projection as the spring board for this idea. Imagine another country being able to send a spy in his astral body to uncover secrets of our country! That is disturbing!!!

I believe our mind is our most amazing potential and is full of uncharted territory.

How To Travel Out Of Body

If you want to travel out of body more, you need to start with a dedicated meditation program. It is good to allow yourself a full two hours for your session.

You can use a self hypnosis type of meditation to help you relax completely and imagine your self moving out of your physical body into your astral body.

I suggest doing a prayer of protection before your session, intending a firm link with your body and safety for both aspects of your body while you travel.

Doing affirmations before a session is beneficial too, so when you get out there you un-consciously feel more secure.

That is sometimes a scary thing when you get out of body and recognize it with your regular ego consciousnesses. Don’t worry about leaving your body behind unprotected, there is still a connection to your higher self through a silver cord to maintain it safely while you are out and about.

I think astral travel is a blast myself. It can be very helpful in helping you build your dreams. A lot of inventions were “discovered” on an astral journey and the idea brought back here for development.

Back in my rodeo cowgirl days, I was having a hard time learning the “Texas Skip”.

Teachers were far away and I just couldn’t figure it out. I did a astral travel session one night to communicate with Will Rogers, a very famous trick roper in spirit. In my flying dream he showed me that there was a huge window at one point of the ropes rotation. This happened when the spoke was down by your foot.

He said you have to jump when the window is open.

The next morning I woke up excited, jumped out of bed and out side with my ropes. Sure enough when I was spinning the rope, and waited until the spoke was straight down I could easily step through the rope. There was a huge window open, it shut really fast but still had time for me to jump through. Amazing!!!!!!! After months of trying, I learned how from a flying dream.

The potential is endless !!

Another time I was worried about a friend and wanted to visit her and see how she was doing. Some how or another I astral projected right into her 3rd eye and started drifting my awareness through her body. There were areas of her body that felt very dark and heavy. It was a very troubling feeling to me, like this is not the way it should be. I didn’t know it at the time but she was already eaten up with cancer.

When I work on my soul clearings and house clearing I use astral techniques to “see” what sorts of ugly energy is in a home or attached to a body.

Psychic Q & A : Taking Action in Spite of Fear

This past week Janice B Writes:
My son has gone over the edge and is threatening to kill my daughter in law and their baby. What can I do???

From MarVeena:
First thing I suggest is let the police know about the threats.

Lets them know what sort of influences or stressors are involved and everything you know about this situation. Like any drug, alcohol influences or family medical~mental health background that he might have inherited.

I know you have a lot of fear about this and that can attract things to you that you don’t want.

So being calm and centered is a big plus.

I get calm and centered through meditation, it doesn’t have to be a big drawn out meditation either.

Just 10 minutes or so can help you connect to your highest guardian angel where you can get mini downloads of inspiration.

It helps you remember who you really are and what sort of stuff you are made of.

We can do this at our prayer altar; this is a room that is quiet and you feel like you can focus on the whole situation.

BANISHING EVIL ENTITIES

A lot of times pure evil entities are driving someone to act like this. So our goal is to get them off your son, so they can no longer manipulate him.

Prayer and positive affirmations can help a lot.

Visualize him healthy and well. Sometimes when we can’t hold a vision for our self, if we have someone who can believe in us, it helps us to believe in our self.

You can light a 7 day candle for him. Ask one of the Saints for intercession on your behalf. I prefer St Jude for a case like this. Although you should use who you feel best about.

You can use EFT Emotional Freedom Technique to help him as well. This is a tapping technique that can you can do remotely for him and his family.

I really think a soul clearing would be of use here.

You can call the Archangel Michael to help your son be strong enough to push away the dark entities.

I have had excellent results praying a rosary for some one who is off the edge like this.

On every Hail Mary, which you do one hundred times over the prayer.

I would say “Please pray for my son” at the very end of the Hail Mary.

I would also use my imagination to visualize Mother Mary’s arms holding your son. Do this for his family as well.

Call all of his personal angels to him, ask them to intervene on his behalf and help him to get back to reality.

To help him remember the love that he is created from. All the way back to creation.

CREATE A PLAN AND TAKE ACTION

An amazing thing happens when we have a plan and are taking action on it.

We feel this release of fear and inertia.

Even if we are not totally confident that our steps are helping.

We know we are making an effort.

On a final note, have trust that your guides and angels and those of your daughter in law and grand child will help place them were they need to be.

Use your prayers to visualize protection around them as well.

A big thing is to not give into fear, that is what evil spirits thrive on. Be calm and carry on. That gives them nothing.

Stay strong and have faith that your family can over come this!

Psychic Q & A with MarVeena Episode #15

This week my topic is Psychic Attack!

This week I have a Facebook friend ” Lisa” who writes:

I had an incident when something entered me…i couldn’t move body ..only my eyes and the room was totally dark but lit up with angels white with gold around the body floating around the room..i looked up on ceiling and there was a black shadow…happened one wk later…same thing but the angels were now black and it scared me..the first time it felt good…second time felt scary.

MarVeena writes: Hi Lisa, this feels like a psychic attack to me. In the first encounter, your angels were there in the room to protect you from the negative entities that were attacking you.

The black shadow was an entity or ugly spirits as I call them. Something must have happened to set up a “perfect storm” or occasion for this.

A lot of times when we go through a lot of stress or challenging times our golden web can be damaged by our own negative thought patterns, alcohol or drug indulgence.

When that happens, negative entities swarm in like flies to honey. The first time your angels were able to help you out. That is when you saw the white and gold and felt their spirit around you. In the second attack for some reason the negative spirits got the upper hand.

How To Protect Yourself And Prevent A Psychic Attack

There are several things you can do to prevent more of these in the future.

1. If you are angry, mad or fixated on someone or something, Drop that train of thought like a hot potato! This is were self mastery plays in. Find some way to refocus on some thing that makes you feel good. If you can’t think of anything try taking a nap, a shower or bubble bath. Water has some amazing restorative powers. Ask the water spirits to bless you with protection. Take a sea salt bath for extra protection.

2. Break up the negative energy. Open a window or door. Run some sage or incense through your home or office.

3. Meditation is a great way to pull yourself back together.

4. I really believe in the power of prayer done in a way that you are giving thanks as if you had what you needed. For instance rather than pray “please help me”. Give thanks as if you had the support like this. “Thank you Universe/God/Goddess/Buddha etc” for surrounding me with strong layers of protection. Thank you for blessing me with inspiration to help me move through this challenge. Thank you for helping me find the courage to face my own inner demons so I can over come them. Thank you for helping me to show up with all of my magicalness. By praying these gratitude streams we are setting into motion ways the Universe can help us out.

5. Do your personal forgiveness work! If you have issues in your tissues or anywhere in your energy field you have to do your work because these issues are keeping you vibrating at a low level making it easy for ugly spirits to hook up with you. You know what you need to do, so get your buns moving and do what needs to be done. If you get stuck, check out my article’s here on this blog site. They are a lot of resources to help you move through this in a good way!

Above all have faith in your higher self to help you intuitively know what to do, who to talk to and how to move through this.
